Planning for your future career starts freshman year. Our services help you choose a major, discover your career goals, find an internship, prepare your search tools, learn about graduate school, interview for opportunities, and much more.

Freshman Year

  • Log onto Bryant Career Connection (BCC) – your one stop connection to internships/jobs; employer connections, career events, connecting with a career coach and more.
  • Review the Student Amica Center Policies and Procedures document to familiarize yourself with the rules of the program.
  • Meet with a Career Coach to set a plan in place for your future. Schedule an individual appointment through BCC. (Learn How)
  • Take a career assessment to clarify interests, skills and values as they relate to choosing a major and clarifying career goals.
  • Attend our career planning courses 
  • Participate in the Shadow Program, which matches you with an alum for a day on the job.

Sophomore Year

  • Log onto Bryant Career Connection (BCC) – your one stop connection to internships/jobs; employer connections, career events, connecting with a career coach and more.
  • Write your resume, create a LinkedIn profile and learn about cover letters. Get your resume reviewed.
  • Attend our career planning courses 
  • Attend career fairs, which attract over 100 employers in a variety of areas.
  • Find an internship.
  • Practice your interview skills by scheduling a mock interview.
  • Start connecting with alumni using AlumniFire.
  • Participate in the Shadow Program, which matches you with an alum for a day on the job.
  • Meet with a career coach to receive advice and strategies. Schedule an individual appointment through BCC.

Junior Year

  • Log onto Bryant Career Connection (BCC) – your one stop connection to internships/jobs; employer connections, career events, connecting with a career coach and more.
  • Start the graduate school advising process.
  • Find an internship.
  • Write your resume, create a LinkedIn profile and learn about cover letters. Get your resume reviewed.
  • Practice your interview skills by scheduling a mock interview.
  • Start connecting with alumni using AlumniFire.
  • Attend career fairs, which attract over 100 employers in a variety of areas.
  • Meet with a career coach to create a personal search plan. Schedule an individual appointment through BCC.

Senior Year

  • Log onto Bryant Career Connection (BCC) – your one stop connection to internships/jobs; employer connections, career events, connecting with a career coach and more.
  • Use the Recruiting Program connecting seniors and full-time graduate students to over 400 companies annually.
  • Attend career fairs, which attract over 100 employers in a variety of areas.
  • Connect with alumni using AlumniFire.
  • Continue the graduate school advising process.
  • Meet with a career coach to create a personal search plan. Schedule an individual appointment through BCC.
