The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Strategy, in conjunction with the Amica Center for Career Education, annually surveys graduates in the six months following graduation regarding their plans.

Highlights for the Class of 2023

  • 99% reported full-time employment or graduate school within six months of graduation
  • $72,500 was the median first-year earnings
  • 94% was the female-to-male average earnings, compared to the nation's 82%
